Roy's goes back to the 1960's or before. I found an odd mention in the newspaper archives related to John Norman Collins, the infamous perpetrator of the "Michigan Murders" that took place in an around Washtenaw County in the late 1960's. Apparently he was seen at Roy's Squeeze Inn and the newspaper included a photo of the place. Beyond that, the place is still going as of 2023 and the reviews are great. I took a photo back in 2004 which I will include here.
