This building goes back to the 1950's and housed Lawry Construction Co. For a time starting in the 1960's, it was the home of The Westerner restaurant which went bankrupt in 1981. As of 2023, it is being used as a medical office. I am not positive the building remained the same that entire time. The Westerner featured roast beef perhaps similar to Sign of the Beefcarver. There was also another location at 4108 W Maple Rd. which was Beau Jacks for a while.
