This place goes back to the early 1950's and was run by John Bitta in the early days. It took me some time, but I finally found the exact location. The motel was in a little area on the water called Gardens Corner. It was demolished sometime before 2005. You can see the foundation in one of the street views I posted below. There is now a structure on the lot that has been built since the motel was torn down.
