The 10-unit Acme Beach Motel goes back to the 1960's at least. It sat directly across the street from the Shorelane Motel. It was demolished by 2014, probably well before that. It was operated by Doris and Dan Siebert in the early days. By the 1990's, it was owned by Ed Thiel.
