I found this old motel on some historical street views and on the vintage aerial web site. It was already at this corner in 1955 so it goes back that far at least. Later on, it is possible it was known as "Dick's Place" as an old listing on MapQuest indicates. I would guess that was a restaurant or party store of some sort. The 2008 street view shows the original structure but a new home has been built on the site many years back. This place sat less than 1 mile from the Ohio state line but there isn't much else around.
