This now-demolished strip mall was built around 1983. It was never occupied by any stores. The Riverview/Brownstown Facebook Group folks indicated the builder ran into financial trouble and was never able to get it totally finished. Hence there were never any paying tenants in here. I think the lot was paved with asphalt but it became overgrown just the same. It is possible this was a medical or office building. As it never opened it is hard to know. It has since been demolished.
